The stories we tell become the images of life we follow. They let us see one another anew and remind us that we all belong, that we matter. May these images be rich. May they be born of wisdom. May they be fierce and daring, and speak not to the endless conflicts of a confused heart but to the unconditional openness that is ever seeking to live through each of us. There, the heart can see no line behind which the self exists and outside which the self is absent. In the absence of such self-definition, the unbounded Self breathes, and when it breathes into us we are called to breathe its magic and mystery back into the world.
